What Are You Sourcing?

Select a category and tell us what you need. We'll match you with reviewed supplier profiles across the UAE.

Suppliers are reviewed, not guaranteed — we check basic company identity and business documentation, and buyers should still carry out their own due diligence.

How ProcClinic Works Commercially

Submitting a requirement and receiving initial supplier introductions is free for buyers. Where a buyer needs quotation management, supplier comparisons, negotiation support, or ongoing procurement execution, ProcClinic can provide these as separately agreed paid services. Commercial relationships with suppliers do not guarantee selection or introduction — matching is based on the relevance of the supplier to the buyer's stated requirement.

Need More Procurement Support?

ProcClinic can also assist with RFQs, quotation comparisons, supplier coordination, and ongoing procurement assignments. Services are scoped separately based on the requirement.

Procurement Connected to a Wider Commercial Ecosystem

ProcClinic is the procurement-demand layer of a connected UAE B2B commercial ecosystem. Buyers remain our priority: every sourcing requirement is evaluated according to the buyer's stated needs and relevant supplier suitability.

ProcClinic

Procurement Demand & Supplier Discovery

Buyers tell us what they need. ProcClinic identifies and evaluates relevant UAE suppliers and helps progress sourcing requirements.

SalesIn

Commercial Relationships & Market Access

Companies separately seeking UAE buyers, distributors, agents or market-entry relationships can access the SalesIn commercial network.

The Agency MENA

Real-World Sales Execution

Companies requiring physical UAE B2B sales execution can separately engage The Agency MENA for field representation, customer meetings, pipeline progression, follow-up and negotiation.

BOE Intelligence & Operations

AI-assisted research, qualification and structured workflows help the ecosystem operate efficiently. Human review, commercial judgment and oversight remain embedded where they matter.

Buyer-protection / neutrality statement

ProcClinic's supplier recommendations are based on relevance to the buyer's requirement. A supplier's relationship with SalesIn, The Agency MENA or another ecosystem company does not guarantee selection, recommendation or introduction.

How the ecosystem creates additional opportunities

The wider ecosystem allows legitimate commercial relationships and intelligence to create additional opportunities without changing ProcClinic's core purpose.

  • A qualified supplier may separately need UAE sales execution through The Agency.
  • A supplier seeking UAE buyers or distributors may separately become relevant to SalesIn.
  • Companies within SalesIn or The Agency may also become relevant suppliers for genuine ProcClinic buyer requirements.

These relationships do not influence ProcClinic supplier selection, and buyer inquiries are never sold to suppliers or used for automatic cross-selling.

BIX Axis — Business Intelligence & Execution

Part of the BIX Axis Ecosystem

ProcClinic is the sourcing and supplier-discovery engine within BIX Axis — the commercial ecosystem that connects intelligence, relationships and real execution across UAE market access, sales and sourcing.

BIX Axis provides the umbrella intelligence and routing layer. ProcClinic remains the buyer-first engine for sourcing requirements and supplier discovery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is supplier matching free?
Yes, submitting a requirement and receiving initial supplier introductions is free. Additional services like quotation management or negotiation support are separately agreed.
How are suppliers reviewed?
ProcClinic reviews basic company identity and business documentation. This does not constitute a guarantee of performance, product quality, or regulatory compliance — buyers remain responsible for final due diligence.
How quickly will I receive matches?
Most requirements are reviewed within 1-2 business days.
Does ProcClinic guarantee price or supplier performance?
No. ProcClinic identifies relevant suppliers; buyers contract directly with the supplier they choose.
Will suppliers see my contact details?
Your details are not published. Suppliers are introduced to your requirement only after ProcClinic's review.
Can overseas companies submit requirements?
Yes — ProcClinic helps UAE-based and international buyers identify suitable suppliers operating in the UAE.
Do suppliers pay to appear in my matches?
No. There is no paid placement in buyer results, and a supplier's commercial relationship with ProcClinic or its wider commercial ecosystem never guarantees selection, recommendation, or introduction. Matching is based on relevance to your stated requirement.
Who is responsible if something goes wrong with a supplier?
Buyers contract directly with the supplier they choose. ProcClinic identifies and introduces relevant suppliers but does not guarantee performance, pricing, or delivery. Final commercial, technical, and regulatory due diligence remains with the buyer — unless a specific managed procurement engagement explicitly states otherwise.
What happens to my requirement details and attachments?
Your requirement details are not published. They are used to review and process your inquiry and are shared only with suppliers ProcClinic introduces to you. Attachments are stored securely and retained only as long as needed, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Which categories does ProcClinic cover?
Hospitality, healthcare, construction, food & beverage, industrial, office supplies, technology, packaging, manufacturing, and retail. Our category sourcing guides explain what buyers typically source in each.
What do ProcClinic's paid sourcing services include?
Managed sourcing, RFQ handling, quotation comparison, negotiation support and ongoing outsourced procurement — each scoped and agreed separately before any charge. Paying for a service never changes how matching works: there is no paid placement in buyer results.
When should a buyer use paid sourcing support?
When a requirement needs more than introductions — for example multi-supplier RFQs, like-for-like quotation comparison, negotiation support, or recurring procurement execution. If initial introductions are enough, the free service is all you need.
